What do I have access to with the registration as a participant to the congress?

EUCAP2022 offers you the opportunity to access virtually some of the conference sessions.

Will I be able to access EUCAP 2022 Conference after its end, if I have not been able to attend a session?

The of Monday 28th in the Auditorium, Monday 28th March to 1st April in room Madrid, Tuesday 29th March to 1st April room Roma will be available for a period of two months after the end of the Congress, only for people who have previously registered. You can access it through the link published on the congress website and with your access code.

How can I participate in the EUCAP 2022 Conference?

To attend the Congress it is necessary to be registered, have a good Internet connection, a computer or tablet and headphones.

If you have already registered for the Congress, you will receive an email with your access details and instructions a few days before it begins. These credentials are personal and non-transferable, and will be sent to the email you provided in the registration form.

Will I be able to download the presentations of the sessions?

No, the session presentation slides will not be available for download.

Why are the videos of the presentations not working for me?

Will there be an option to ask the speakers questions?

Yes, the virtual system of the Congress will offer a question and answer system so that the moderator can receive and select the questions, and that the speaker can answer them.
